Send me the job. I'll handle the permit.
You give me an address and what you're doing. I prepare the application and technical sections, send you the one page that needs your signature and seal, file it the way that town wants it, and chase it until it's issued.

How it goes
You send the job
Form below, or just text me. Address, what you're doing, rough cost. Thirty seconds from the truck.
I build the packet
Application, technical sections, and whatever that town wants attached. I send you your page to sign and seal. That's the only paperwork you touch.
I file it and follow it
Submitted the way that office prefers. If it comes back, I fix it and refile for free. You hear from me when it's issued.
Why I'm worth $225
I know the towns
One office wants three paper sets. The next uses a portal. The third has an inspector who reviews on Thursdays. I keep a file on every town I work in, including exactly what they send back most often.
You stay the contractor
I'm an administrative agent, not a contractor. You sign and seal your own subcode sections with your license number. The work and the license stay yours. I file on the owner's authorization.
Rejections cost me, not you
If a packet comes back, refiling is free. That's the whole point — my job is to get it right the first time, and if I don't, that's mine to fix.
I send work back your way
Homeowners find me looking for permit help, and plenty of them need the actual work done. Those go to the contractors who file through me. Free, no referral fee, no catch.

Prefer to text? (646) 546-2467. A photo of your proposal works fine — I'd rather read your handwriting than make you retype it.
Got it.
I'll come back to you with anything I need and the packet for your signature. If it's urgent, call me — (646) 546-2467.
